About the event
The contest runs for six (6) weeks: January 8 – February 17, 2024

ØBiggest Loser: Person who loses the biggest percentage of their body weight
ØBest Transformation: Person who loses the most body fat and looks the most toned
Rules: In order to win the prizes, you must follow ALL rules. If you are unable to meet all rules, you may still participate for accountability, but you will not be eligible to win. The same person could potentially win both prizes.
•Must attend a minimum of five (5) classes per week or show proof that you trained or worked out on your own at home. A screenshot of your fitness tracker’s summary is sufficient. Attendance in class must be documented either by registering for classes on the Wix app, on your social media account with one or both hashtag: #BrickhouseFitness or #BrickhouseStrong
•Must drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water per day (honor system)
•Must weigh in and take measurements each week.
•Must submit three before photos (front, side and back view), holding the Biggest Loser photo with date of photo. The photos must be submitted by January 13th.
